Amazing. No doubt there will be an incoming thread at some point but wish it was Pt black dial like the original DS.

Interesting Serial number. 000/100 Will 001/100 be the second watch produced?

A Lange Sohne has a league of its own and they set the bar not one two but three times making a watch that's capable for measuring triple times

Triple times? This is a triple split watch, meaning that you can measure TWO different times in a 12 hour span.

IOW, triple split as in split-hours, split-minutes and split-seconds.

Lange now is what Patek used to be before manufacturing scale up and service/QC trainwreck.

I’m not sure even Dufour, Ferrier, Voutilainen are turning out anything better than ALS.

I'd absolutely say that ALS is top of the heap right now. Nobody is doing it better (at scale).

I agree, from top to bottom, Lange is killing it. Only thing missing is a Nautilus type sports range, wonder if they can pull it off without it becoming like a Breguet?

I had the double split platinum but sold it b/c it was top heavy for me. I would definitely want to try this one.

I'm told that is why this one is WG only - not sure how much difference the WG will make in reality?

Impressive for sure but would never want one. The Double Split was one of most amazing watches I ever owned but also the most uncomfortable. Too big, thick and heavy with protruding crystal on back of case which felt awful. So yes technically amazing and beautiful but makes a for a better pocket watch or showpiece versus something I’d ever wear.
