Who has a TRIBUTE TO THE MONT BLANC pen

I just received a Mont Blanc Tribute LeGrand ballpoint pen to use at work. Have been using a Classique ballpoint since 1989.

Anyway the snowflake logo on the pen is not bright white like on all my other MB's. It is almost translucent. Can anyone with this pen in rollerball or ballpoint confirm this is normal or did I get a reject? Here is a picture of both pens so you can see what I am talking about.

Thanks

Kim

Hi Kim, MB made the star on the tribute from "snow quartz" and that may be the difference in coloration from your classic ballpoint. I know they've also used mother of pearl and diamond stars as well, hope I could help....RS

Kim, Your 'Tribute Ballpoint Pen' looks great so use it and enjoy it!!!
As Robert stated…sometimes MP uses other materials when making their "Logo."
