Omega Speedmaster Moon Watch or Vintage 36mm Datejust

Which one do you think would be the best to buy? Can’t decide between the two and both are around $4,000 Pre-owned

Two very different watches, but if I had 4K to spend I’d buy a new speedy from a trusted seller. New speedy will come with a 5 yr warranty as well

Buy a new speedy and enjoy for life. Pick up some straps and you have the most versatile watch ever made. $4000 buys you a new speedy pro

Tough call. I appreciate the charm of both.

Have you tried the Speedmaster Pro on your wrist? Also, how much use will this watch see? For daily use, I would go with a contemporary Speedmaster Pro.

I suppose it depends on your lifestyle but I would much rather have a Speedmaster than a Datejust, especially an older one.

I prefer the Speedmaster hands down. I would buy it on the metal bracelet and pick up a few NATO straps and a few leather straps. Look at our Trusted Sellers and get a slightly preowned on for around $3100. Good luck.

Whichever you think you’ll wear and enjoy more. Obviously very different watches and functions

Thanks Everyone!! Really Appreciate it! Yeah I’m definitely leaning towards the Speedmaster! I just love that watch so much and always wanted one! I currently have a Vintage Datejust that was passed down to me from my dad

If you have a vintage datejust already with that significant value, speedy is the only choice

Post some pics of your Datejust:)
