I never got this, Pandas have white heads and black around their eyes ( along with their ears and mouth, depending on the exact species of the panda ) so to me this would be a Panda like dial. But everyone says it's the black dial with the all white subdials that is the real panda. That's backwards, and besides, it's white and black and rare so how is it not a Panda again?

FYI, the haters and Panda Police consists of mostly bitter members who either wish they had one, admittedly and openly, but they are the: I wouldn't pay one penny over list, even though they would never "qualify" to make the purchase at RRP, or they contend they are not into the reference, that they would rather have this or that, but would JUMP, leap at the opportunity to purchase one from their AD.

This might be one of the funnier comments I've ever read on this forum. First, a 5164 is $39k plus tax. And second, if you can't get your AD to sell you a Daytona I don't think you'll have much luck sourcing a 5164. Patek lists are equally as daunting as Rolex lists.
