GTG in HK in April 2010

This time,we have 22 friends to join this gtg in HK to share about their beloved watches. Really need to take this opportunity to thank all the friends to arrange for this wonderful gtg.

This time, there were 254 watches. Apart from various vintage and contemporary models of rolex and tudor, there were also vintage universe, grand seiko, seagull, brietling, omega, IWC, etc.

Models of rolex and tudor included tudor submariners, tudor MC series, tudor chronos, tudor turn-o-graph, tudor ranger and ranger II, tudor big flower, rolex daytona, explorer I/II, subamriners, seadwellers, GMT, oyster, date-day, datejust, bubblebacks, prince, and those with special logos, etc. Here are some photos of various groups.

Lastly, here we go some wrist shots and close up.

Thanks for watching.......

How do you sort out the watches afterwards? Do you put labels on the back?

A thought that crossed my mind too! Some watches ought to look about the same, and putting them that close together could be dangerous!

You guys have the best GTGs!

A question though: how do you know which is your watch when you put it down on a table with 250 other watches that look very similar?

Wow! What incredible watches and pics.
I think it would be hard to beat this gather for the shear quality
and beauty of the pieces. Leaves me wishing the pics were higher
resolution (esp the 'group' pics).*

There is definitely a lot of love of vintage and classic pieces .

* Really it would be great to have higher resolution look at those group
pics of Explorers, GMTs, Tudor Chrono, Day Dates on Straps, Snowflakes,
etc.. The variety in each seems incredible to be in one pic. Would love to
see larger versions!!

Once again I have terribly missed out on what was another great turnaround for Vintage Rolex/Tudor.

Bagel, I am on HKROC but also not really active due to my limited Chinese skills.. I wish next time I can meet and chat with all of you... and hope to add pile up more pieces to show what we are all about!
