Strange warranty

Hello bought a used day date K serial number from a AD owner son and he gave me a warranty card instead a paper, I have many other rollies and compared the card and it's like the other. I'ts possible that he got a replacement from Rolex? Regards

No, Rolex doesn't issue replacement warranty cards after-the-fact..

We would need more information to know what you have and what you should have..

So, this was not at an AD but from an individual. Can you post pics of what you received?

Okay K serial is early 2000's so it is only possible your Rolex is a random serial number with a K beginning since they did not issue warranty cards, only warranty papers in the early 2000's.

Your country code on the warranty card is missing, I don't know if it is scratched off or just missing all together.

Never mind you deleted the photo of the warranty card in question. Best to remove bracelet and make sure serial number on the 6 o'clock lug matches the warranty card.

The only possibility is its a RSC card when the watch was serviced as being a K serial the original paper warranty has long expired.

I have a few RSC warranty card and they don't look like this. This look like an original Rolex warranty card when purchase new. It look the same as my M and V serial original Rolex card. Maybe case was stamp in 2000 with K. Then it may have been sold new later from Rolex at around the time they started the warranty card.

Well, he already posted a photo, then took it down when it was found to be faulty..

I suspect that this poster is trolling - no facts provided, no photos/invoicdes and little actual information for members to do anything but speculate...

I did not see the picture Larry but yes perhaps we have someone who lives under bridges.
