LV service time

Ever since I acquired my Blnr in April, my sub has been hiding away in the watch case. I would occasionally give her a solid wind, but kept my gmt on as my daily watch. Well today, I pulled sub back out for a few minutes and noticed a rattling inside the watch. I did have a full service with Dallas RSC in May 2013 with a factory polish as well. I was hoping with the minimal wear, it would have a few more years. I have hacked the movement and now I am trying to decide on RSC vs our independant folks. Also, I didn't mind doing a factory polish, but I'm afraid it hasn't been that long since it was done on the prior service. Just wanted to collect some thoughts. Thanks guys.

My recommendation is to send it to Rik in Florida. Time Care Inc. 727-215-8870. He has done great work on my Sub the last 2 services. BTW, are you in NoVA?
