Tudor Oyster-Prince 7964 — Fake or Nay?

Good time of the day to you, comrades. I am being offered this piece at $1,000. With Ebay offerings at near double that, I am inclined to believe something is wrong with this watch.

Things that I am concerned about:
- the tone of hour hand being different from the other hands and indices (pic. 3)
- weird "new" lettering on the caseback
- too sharp of a case for a '68
- lack of cyclops
- "framed" date window

A quick google search also shows that the hands used on this reference used to be "angular" in the middle, while these are flat. Plus the different-toned hour hand.

What do you think? Should I pass on it?
Thanks in advance.
