Dear forum members,

I've posted numerous times on threads concerning a particular reference which I thought wasn't suitable for me. I've tried this on at my AD on two occasions and ruled it out ... Perhaps to hastily?

I've commented on this piece on other people's incomings (in a positive light) but always felt that it was not a watch I would consider.

Well today, I have to eat my words. I popped in to my AD in the hopes to see the new Daytona C, but alas, they didn't have one. As I was browsing I saw this polarizing piece, the watch I said I'd never own. Lucky for me I have a very understating (and enabling) fiancée. She encouraged me to give it another try. I had never seen it in this color before, and it hit me like a ton of bricks!
