Thanks for the input. I do notice people looking at the Rolex at work and a small number of comments have been made. I think it does have to do with comfort levels. At work I prefer to fly under the radar and on my own time I feel I can express myself more. Maybe I can consider putting the BLRO on leather for work but I would have to buy a tool to change to bracelet in evenings

I'd vote to keep the BLRO. But if you really insist on one of these....I'd vote for the Daytona. I never took to the blue subs personally though so I'm a bit biased.

116528 Paul Newman red sweep
I would have suggested going for the eye popper first, here is my 116528
and then going for the understated WG look. Unless you're one of those who is opposed to YG, which some are and that is fine, but it doesn't seem like you are. But since you already have a WG Rolex, I'm not sure why you'd want to take the hit on selling it just to switch to YG unless you're really unhappy with it. I also have an all YG blue face Sub but that's a different look. |

At the risk of getting too personal, I thought you stated you were selling the BLRO to free up cash as you were going back to school

I would keep the BLRO wear the Tudor or an explorer one to fly under the radar.

To your original question, I would keep the GMT and just wear the Tudor during the day if that makes you more comfortable. But if you are set on YG piece, go with the YG sub. |

interesting decision you have there
is there a reason you are looking at the daytona in yellow gold or the Sub in white gold, seeing as both of those watches are available in both gold types? in other words why is the decision not between a yg / wg version of the same model?
