Having now owned both I can safely say I much prefer the ceramic. Everything that bothered me about the previous Daytona, shiny bezel, monochromatic dial, hard to read sub dials, have all been changed. It feels a bit larger too which is good because I felt the prior was a bit too small feeling.

Congrats! Can't wait for mine. Just bought a blue Arabic Daytona and I think that bumped me up to the top of my AD's list. "We'll call you next when we get a white one in ;)". We'll see. Lol.
