Are DD II made with limited dials?
Are DD II made with limited dials? I have this ideal watch I want to own. I YG DD or (DDII) with diamond markers, not a diamond bezel, and a dark MOP. Does one exist? Or am I stuck with a champagne bezel?

you are stuck to whatever rolex is producing which they do not make a MOP dial on any DDII.
the DDII YG model range has a select few dials to choose from but the regular DD should have more dial choices go to your local AD tell them what you want and hopefully they make it. We never know when rolex is going to add or drop a dial it all depends on popularity i suppose

Yes, the DDII's have a far more limited dial selection than the DD. I know members have posted on this board all of the dials available for the various 218 models, but these pictures didn't immediately come up when I just did a quick search. Your AD should have a current year Rolex guide that will visually show all available options. However, expect at most 1/3 the total dials for the DDII compared to the DD. And as alluded, no MOP of any kind for DDII. However, if you really want a dark MOP with diamonds and in the DayDate lineup, there is such a watch known as the Masterpiece. However, it comes in platinum and will cost you 3 times as much as a gold DDII. Cheers!
