Ladies date 6919
Hello
I am thinking of buying my wife this watch as a gift. I know a little about modern rolex's (i have a Hulk) but nothing about vintage. Anything i need to look out for? Is it a good reference? Its 1975 and price is about 2500k usd. It looks mint, silver, jubilee bracelet... Any tips? Thanks Dan Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

price seems a bit high to me, I've seen vintage Gold womens Rolexes with bracelets for near that price.

Ok thanks. Any other tips? I guess jubilee stretch? Is it a decent movement?

6916 and other four-digit models have no quickset date change feature and acrylic glass which is easily marked.....
If you can stretch to the sapphire glass five-digit 69160 or similar with 2135 calibre movement it is a much better watch all round. Haywood M

Have you tried a 5500 airking? I love these and $2500 is possible. It's a better investment too. Selling ladies sized models can prove time consuming
