Gentlemen! Please help me determine if this watch is period correct or not

Dear esteemed gentlemen,

This is my first post after lurking around for a while. First, I would like to take the opportunity to thank you all so much for all of your time, effort and dedication which all contributes to make this forum so awesome!

I'm in the process of buying my first vintage watch, a rolex ref 1501 with a 1560 movement inside. Since i can't post any links at this moment (because of my low post count) I will write a few more times in this thread and link the pictures of the watch as soon as I am allowed to, so bear with me until my 11th post in this thread!

Personally, I absolutely love it! Mostly, because of the butterfly rotor on the movement but I'am a bit afraid to go ahead with the purchase mainly because of my lack of knowledge regarding the period correctness of the timepiece. I am a bit unsure of the sellers description of the movement being a 1560 because when I looked for information regarding the movement I found that the 1560 doesn't have a date complication! This is very confusing to me and I would appreciate it immensely if someone could tell me what movement actually sits inside of the watch that I want to purchase. If you know of something which has clearly been replaced in the movement or on the watch I'd love to know about it.

Thank you for reading my post and I wish you all the best!

1560 was typical for 1501's as they were COSC rated. mine has one in it, nothing to worry about. a quick google search of 1501 w/ 1560 movement should turn up more than a few results
