Patek 5227j
My bank screwed up and I couldn't buy this recently for £20k sterling in Grand Cayman.
Is that good value and is yellow gold the best for Patek of this vintage. Thanks guys a great forum. |

Yellow gold models are priced slightly less than the white or rose gold models on most PP watches. Whether this is a great value depends on what your local AD charges back in the UK or Ireland. Did the Gand Cayman AD not accept a credit card payment? The 5227 is a great watch.

That's a good price. I was recently bidding on a white gold version.
