Rolex 6105 bubble back dial opinion

Hello everyone, I already wished Happy 2023 earlier, and now I already have a question for the various expert.
I’m looking at this 6105 from 1952 which I really like, comes with a nice gold bracelet with straight hands, certification paper.
But… but I really think the dial was redone/repainted.
Unfortunately, how often happens when you don’t own the watch, I only have this lousy picture, but let see if someone can still give an opinion.
Thanks everyone! (And now straight to renew my pledge for 2023)

It would never ever have a "Swiss Made" dial, here's my 1955 6305 for comparison.

I didn’t know that in 1952 it could not have “SWISS MADE”,
Filipao do you know when this started?

One of the detail I noticed, beside the tentative writing, is the circle with the seconds going inward instead of going outward like all the other example I’ve seen

Switchover both Rolex and Tudor 1951, some stragglers of course possible.
