PP 4947G ... Thoughts?

Hey All

Thinking of purchasing a 1st Patek for the Mrs... what are your thoughts on the Patek 4947? Would you go for blue or white dial? I believe from the AD that the 4947G is being discontinued too..

Also any other models you’d consider?

Cheers :)

My experience in buying watches for the Mrs. is always just asking her what she likes. Hahaha.

IMO, if you choose between 4947 and 4948 and the budget is not big and main problem, better considering the 4948G. The color if dial as well as the stone blue on the strap is much more interesting then.
I was in same your case last time choosing one for me wife. Addtional, can say for sure white gold now is more trending and fashionable ever.
Then you also have your specific choice in this case, my vote for white brother.

It would depend on which one the wife preferred and which metal she wore more. I would also add a couple of straps for some variation on the look.
