New or used?

Used: 176 or 177
New: 562Q or 564Q (If you can still find it)

351 has a date function so out of the equation

There's no current Luminor 1950 at less than 44mm in titanium without a date.

If you want a current reference in titanium, then it's a 351 at 44mm but it has a date. DavidSW has a 2015 piece for $5,175, which will save you almost $3,000 over new.

If you want a current Luminor 1950m at 42mm, then the least complicated (time, seconds hand and date only) are 523, 1523 (white dials) or the 1392.

If you're happy to go pre-loved then the 177 should be right up your street. Here's a few to look at:

Good luck and let us know how you get on.
