Love the SS Daytona.

Another option (one of my personal favorites) would be a lightly used Audemars Piquet RO 15400st

Daytona

Would give you a perfect "menage a trois". Now white dial or black dial...

Yacht Master in SS and Platinum. One of two I am considering as my next Rolex.

Between the choices listed, I would go with the Daytona.

I have made these exact choices.

Owned a JLC Master Calendar, beautiful watch that I eventually could not read and sold

Looked at the Breguet three times, I cannot get behind the rubber strap as much as I love the watch, perhaps someday

I have loved my Daytona since getting it and have been very happy to have it.

GMT and put the change in the bank

Or take a look at Blancpain and other brands.

You have a Sub and a DJ. Try something else. 15300 or 15400 for me.

SS Daytona for best resale value in case you change your mind.

Although the JLCs you mention sound tempting...

If you're not sure, pick up a Daytona, it holds its value and is easy to sell.

No to the daytona.

The Breguet is a nice mix of elegant and sporty, has a nice 65hr power reserve too. On the grey market, you can get this with a bracelet for 12k. Consider instead getting it with a leather strap from Breguet and bargaining to have a rubber strap thrown in. Now you have a super elegant watch which can be dressed down a little at need.

The JLC MUT Moon is a gorgeous, understated dress watch. Very, very nice. I put a custom strap on mine from camille fournet. Just so nice, if you want a durable dress watch (1000 hour testing done by JLC before they sell), this is it at your price range.

Yes to the Daytona. I have owned a couple and they are excellent. But try one on to be sure.
