How easy is it to bend a crown stem

Greetings all,

I am wearing a recently-purchased DJII that is still a bit too loose on my wrist, such that the crown digs into my hand if I bend my wrist back a bit. This recently happened as I was bracing myself to sit down: I felt the crown dig into the back of my hand hard and it seemed like a lot of my bodyweight was exerting pressure on the crown at an angle. Do you guys think this can cause any damage to the crown/stem, or is a rolex tough enough to handle that kind of thing? Should i be worried?
