Thanks Vanessa, that is awesome.

I think #31 was my mistake. #32 & #33 are something like a jewel and a washer of some description (maybe related to the escapement)

They are both different. No real reason to say either is better or worse.
There are many different varients aswell, for example KIF trior KIF flector.
However I will say in my experience, incabloc springs are more likely to stay where you want them, and kif are often the ones you will lose.
