I really can't see a problem with that from the pics.

Off Center?

I await better photos, but that 6 doesn't look centered to me.

Everything looks pretty ok to me. What you refer to as "lum" on the 6 is just enamel (or similar), as the numerals were not lumed on this model. The enamel was often offset, too. It was a known QC issue on the 114270. Just a quirk of this model, really. I would like to see what is written on that warranty paper though as there seems to be a lot of handwriting showing through.

Hi Adam, leave this with me, as yet no more photos have been forth coming.... benefit of the doubt the seller may just have been busy last night

Ask for a Lume pic. If the 3 6 9 light up, its a fake.

Uh.

Relatively sure there are dial variations that had lumed 3,6,9.

Not for the 114270, nor the 14270....you have to go right back to the 1016 for lumed 3/6/9.

Watch looks fine to me. What serial number is that? Asking because I am unsure if that's the right box for it, if that's something that's of importance to you. Good luck!

I know that there are 214270 dial variations with lumed numerals. I thought there were for this ref. as well.

You're likely correct.

He is.

All looks fine from here (watch, papers, box, etc.). Probably a D or Z serial.

Also, the issue @ 6 o'clock the OP mentioned looks to be a scratch/blemish on the crystal, not the dial/marker.

Ive pulled the trigger and got a deal.....this was £300 less than what another dealer was offering which then jumped up to £4100, as prices on pre owned are on the increase!?!?!?

A full show and tell once it arrives,

Many thanks for all the support "H"
