2008 Air king

Just picked this up this morning. They've done a great job with the new solid bracelet and clasp. Case shape has changed too. Rolex around Rehaute aswell.

Needed an update for a long time.

No doubt the new look is great and i truely like the Airking but i really don't like the "Airking" font.
It's the one thing that spoils it for me.

I have a 1991 AK with a white face and all markers. It's a beautiful classic looking watch. Your's is a real beauty, but not sure that the AK needed an "upgrade." I suspect most AK owners like the understated looks of the AK.

It looks excellent, a throwback to the much lamented classic Rolex style.

I always imagine that 34mm would be way too small for my wrist but every time I see a wrist shot it seems to fit like a glove, and that's not on small wrists either.

X2. The font is one of the best parts about this watch. Very vintage...looks like something you would see on the side of an old PanAm airline back in the day.
