Should I consider trading my Explorer II 16570 towards a Pam 88 or big pilot

Hi everyone,
I'm seriously considering trading my Explorer II towards one of these two watches or perhaps a Ceramic TT GMT. I figure I'd do a "sanity check" as I know the 16570 has been replaced. Thoughts?

Thanks

Simple. If you don't like or wear your watch...trade it or sell it.

If I had that watch I would wear it...and gladly keep it.

'I would trade your EXPII for a GMTII-C, as I consider the GMTIIC to be the best new watch Rolex makes (within my budget that is).

Only you know which watch calls to you. I tried an EXP II 39mm polar- it's an awesome watch, but I am more of traditional stainless steel diver tool Rolex watch fanatic...

The Pam or IWC IMO no... GMT on the other hand I would make this trade as IMHO the GMT is an upgrade, this is of course subjective and since you are asking for our opinions there you have it

I wouldn't ....because I don't like those two watches. If you were to ask if you should trade for a 16610LV that'd be a different story.

As Speed said,,,,if it isn't making you happy (your not wearing it) trade it....

Just don't come around here no more! J/k!!

Id pass on those big watches. I did the PAM thing but realized it was just a phase. PAM resale is also sketchy and is up and down very erratic. The big pilot is nice but way too big for me IMHO.

The EXPII is nice and classic. Stick with it

If you don't like the watch there's no point in keeping it but out of those choices I'd go with the TT GMT.

I recently traded the same watch toward another and am very happy with the move. And the 88 is a sweet watch! But, when I made the move, I "knew" I wanted to do it, so, since you are posting a "sanity check" thread, I'd say you might not be ready.

My sentiments exactly. In the past few years I've traded/sold a S/S YM and Daytona, both because I found myself not wearing them.

Out with the old, in with the new.
