Is this watch made by another company authorized by Rolex in the 1990's. I am attaching the photos of the watch for any help or guidance.

Rolex does not authorize anybody else to make their watches.

Whoever made this one did not have permission from Rolex.

In the 90’s there weren’t 6 digits ref #. But he knew it better.

I especially like the bent spring bars and missing pearl. Sellers of fakes love to put the green holograph stickers on the back, to legitimize them….

I did not pay for it so no money out of my pocket. Me deceased dad was given it by a couple of wealthy friends. I found it in his belongings to were it will go back.
