Righted a wrong

Stupidly I sold off my SLA037 in the chase for something else but after a bit of time realized I had made a mistake! contacted my local AD and he came through big time (again!)

This one is actually a SBEX009 (the JDM version of the SLA037) so makes it just that much cooler

Happy to have it back in the stable

Congratulations. Glad you have it back. I purchased the SLA037 and the SLA039 upon release and enjoyed the look and wear of the watch. I also purchased the SPB143, 147 and the 149 around the same time. After some time, I found the price difference not to justify the wear and quality difference. I sold my 37 and 39 and my original SLA033, Captain Willard. I have everything covered in regular Seiko's and the cost, while not the only motivator, took away from some of the fun for me. Everyone has a different outlook. Enjoy your watches.

I had the 039 as well but the larger case with the 19mm strap didn't work for me, great watch tho, I may add a 143 as soon as my AD has stock again

I definitely regret selling my 017. It was damn near a perfect sport watch.

My OCD is tickled by the misaligned bezel insert pip. Other than that; lovely watch. :)
