Fantastic collection. That top left corner looks very lonely.

5711p looks so good, esp from a bit of a distance so no reading.

That is awesome. If I want to build the perfect collection I can't do better.

If only I had started earlier, I would not have missed out on the 5131. Didn't know it is so hot.
Through the posting of Tyler1980, I saw the beauty of the 5524g.
Through Stephen's (nyc2la), influenced my decision on getting the 5170p.
Through this thread, see there are so many like minded collectors around.
Happy to be of assistance!

You have a wonderful collection! Wear and enjoy in the best of health, and congrats on the incoming 5170p. It's fantastic (IMHO)!

Well some watches are at a premium but a great many others in the lineup are selling at steep discounts. In many ways it’s never been a better time to get into the brand.

Still, a good time to sell some Rolexes and help the transition.

For guys coming from Rolex it is probably bad news, but there is some value for sure on the roads less travelled.

Good point. If your goal is sport watches then the premium is staggering. Especially coming from Rolex stainless and trying to get into Patek stainless.

5711 and 5107. Still deliberating between adding a 5167 or selling the 5107 to get the 5227.

I have a buyer lined up for my left kidney, then with some extra cash piled on I can start saving for that White Dial Nautilus. Maybe sell one of the wife’s bags, she won’t notice (she has too many as it is!)

kidneys are an option as thats why you have two... mine is allocated to a 5170P at the moment

selling plasma and other bodily fluids can work too. Just make sure NOT to do the plasma first, otherwise you will be too dizzy to make the other deposit at the "bank"

Haha yeah I’ll keep that in mind! Might still have to wait a few decades BUT nevertheless I’ll get it!

I’ll be by Canal St. this week. Happy to get you a fake to swap out for your wife’s departed bag so she never notices.
