42, 5712 and 5726, I could have gotten them much earlier as I always lived watches, but was more interested in getting real estate and partying...

I got my first last year, exactly one month before my 43rd birthday. The 5711 has become my daily wearer.

I was 33 When I got my Aquanaut 5167A. Unfortunately when my wife found out how much it cost she put it in a safety deposit box. I have not seen the watch for a couple of years for all I know she pawned it..LOL

5164 at 38, mainly because getting 5711/12 mean waiting for sooooo long. But no regrets it is a fantastic watch.

Exactly my experience... I wanted the 5711 which is a 8 year wait in japan, the 5167 is also 4-5 years... and the 5164 is in stock.

Three and a half years ago I just had one watch, an omega speedmaster. Then I bought a Rolex GMT and found this forum. Roll forward to today and I now have 11 watches including three Pateks. First Patek (Calatrava 5296G) was at age 48.

Around 30 and it was the then new 5035r (around $13,500) as was coding / IT quite a bit. Then the 5110r ($12,500) as was flying worldwide many times a year. Now a bit older and less a slave to.... Am now kinda/sorta retired and thus sold all Pateks and went with Rolex as am now highly active. Wife and i are trying a new sport, kitesurfing :)

Guess this thread shows why sports models are so in demand, the average age looks like it's in the 30s and on pictorial social media it's probably even lower. Ten years ago it would have been comfortably in the 40s.
