Another great Hamilton, great bang for the buck

I got the black dial one, just got the tropical dial One! I am chuffed!

Really like this reference. How is the timekeeping?

Nice!
I have the green one for a few years now, the tropical looks like it is the nicest.

Picked this one up in yesterday while strolling in Murcia, Spain. Superb value. I like it's 38mm size, it think it works very well with this style. I am not a fan of the faux-tina but on this watch it works. Really liking it's slim profile, drilled lugs, domed saphire. Somehow the dial has interesting 3-d effect. Really cool small piece, kudos to Hamilton for re-issuing the 'Hack'.

I'm thinking I should order the tropical dial and the hands and put it in mine. I have the green one with date but the dial would just cover that. These look great!

I had a Khaki King with the champagne dial and sold it like an idiot. Those khakis are such great beater watches

If you have an opportunity to get these parts - do it! Personally, I like more the black dial, although I haven't seen the tropical-brown in person, the black provides more contrast, while the brown is interesting as it's different.

I am thinking to change on mine the shoulder-less Rolex 20mm spring bars and use this watch for any rough activities (that do not involve submersion in water, that is).

Also, I am not a fond on the stock strap - the leather keeper at 12 o'clock is of no use for my wrist size. I will be changing it to a more suitable nato.
