Some Feedback on this 1680 Please.
Good Day All,
My father has asked me to reach out via TRF in order to obtain some feedback on a 1680 which he came across in Colombia. I unfortunately was not able to provide any insight as I am completely foreign to vintage pieces. My only assumption is that the bracelet does not seem to be the original but rather a modern replacement. Please correct me if I am wrong. The watch is being sold with the original box and service records from Rolex Argentina dated 2008. Thank You! how to capture screen

Well, that case has been polished quite a lot, and the bezel insert looks as if it's been replaced, both common during service, of course. Otherwise, the dial and hands look fairly clean. An updated bracelet, as long as it's authentic, wouldn't bother me at all. It would come down to the asking price and whether you're OK with a thinner case.
