I watch the auction prices for vintage sports cars and they have been going crazier and crazier over the last decade, in spite of the GFC.
Which probably tells you that events like the GFC don't hurt the big boys (who usually caused it)

Just the other day, I saw in the window of a grey dealer... a 2016 Exp II listed for above retail. You can get a brand new Exp II from an AD here at 5% discount. I guess the modus operandi is to prey on buyers who are too lazy to do even a little bit of research.
