Designs similar to the Rolex 6238?

Just read about the Rolex 6238 a few days ago, and I must say - it's a beautiful watch! Are there any similar styles, closest to this?

I did find the Heuer Carrera 2447D, which was also made in the same period (1960's), and the Seiko 7A28/7A38 (1980's)

I have the Seiko 7A38 but would like to find a mechanical movement, that is more modern (just a few years old 201X's). Closest I found are the Grand Seikos, but I personally am not a fan of the dial layout and the huge pushers.

Tag Heuer did do a 2447 re-edition, so I think those are something I would consider as well.
