Looking for information on Yellow Gold Day-Date (Diamond Dial/Bezel/Bracelet)

Apologies in advance for the picture it wouldnt let me upload it unless it was massively scaled down. The bracelet has diamonds on the center links but is otherwise 18k yellow gold.

Does anybody have any information on this watch? Looking for details regarding reference number, whether or not this is a factory setting, and any other pertinent details available.

Thanks in advance!

Hard to tell much from that photo.
I would say at least the dial is aftermarket. I don’t recognize the layout, and the factory pavé dials all seem to have “Rolex” and “Day-Date” on little raised panels.

As to the diamond bezel and lugs, compare them to the ones shown and described in this thread. Even if the bezel is factory Rolex, it may not be originally offered on that watch - What is the reference number?

You can attach much larger photos (even with fewer than 10 posts), up to 1250x1250, just compress the file size down below about 290kb. As an example, the below photo is small enough to be posted as an attachment.

Day font seems off and the date seems ”skewt”
