Battery care
When storing a Breitling quartz watch do you keep the crown engaged so the watch is running all the time or pull it out to stop the watch?

I would expect the quartz timing would still run but the drive would be disengaged.
The watch may use slightly less power? E.

I don't think "saving battery" is worth the risk of damaging the crown tube (mishandle, hit the crown wrong by accident, etc), or moisture getting into the watch. In theory, for simple analog quartz movement, pulling the crown should stop the time keeping, and won't consume battery.
