Hands Swap 1603 to 1803 ?

So I have gotten conflicting views, I would like some help. Just like the title says, I want to take 1603 hands { 1570 } Caliber and use them in a 1803 { 1556 } Caliber.

I have been told yes , no problem. And yes, with the exception of the second hand.

Any thoughts ? Thanks Chris

The hour and minute hands should fit. The seconds hand would differ in pinion height I suspect. For example, a seconds hand that fits a no date will likely be too short for one that fits a day/date.
