If the AP ROO you are trading for is the one with the new in-house chrono flyback movement, I'd say go for it. If it is the old dubois depraz chrono module, I'd say pass.

After playing with all of my watches this morning, I say don’t do it. The APROO is probably the most or only regrettable watch in my collection. Just imagine a brick that you would build a house with, with a leather strap attached. That’s about how elegant the watch is. I wore it this morning and then changed to the hulk. It made the hulk feel like a nautilus. Keep what you have or hold out for a regular RO not ROO.
