silver, black will be too dark to see the motif a lot of the time. the baguettes fit the black dial the best imo

I have the black...like mentioned above hard to see the motif. I went with black because I have the YG SkyD with the white dial. I'll probably get the silver motif next as well.

The first time I saw this beautiful silver dial in person, its good looks jumped out and stunned my eyes. I wrote a recent post on just how much I was amazed at this dial. I hope to have my own silver diagonal motif DD on my wrist by next Tuesday.

I do like black dials, but in this case, the silver motif is just such a fun looker because the motif detail is clearer.

And to answer your question about ligible. I just wrote in another post about that too. The gold hands over silver makes reading the time easy. I find gold hands over gold dials impossible for me to read, especiall in dim light. This dial has lume as a benefit, so it will be easy to read in the dark too, unlike my stainless-version-bezel Daytona that makes time a "guessing game" after the sun goes down.
