Re-pinning jubilee bracelet help

Hi all

I want to get a re-pin done on my jubilee bracelet but obviously by Rolex I’m looking at like £1200 probably.

I’ve found a company that uses Swiss pins and can do it for about £250. If I ever have to send it back to Rolex will they be unhappy that the pins aren’t Rolex official? Is this something they will never know or?

My understanding was that Rolex will not repair/refurbish bracelets only replace them with new.

There are Companies who will refurbish bracelets with Rolex parts and I would search for one?

Moving forward a RSC would know if any parts were aftermarket.

No, Rolex will not take your bracelet apart to check the pins. They don’t repair bracelets but replace only

A RSC will remove the bracelet and therefore some link screws during a service.

If they find one aftermarket screw they will find the others.

Which company have you found? I am in the UK, and am also looking to get a president bracelet fixed up...but can't seem to find a reliable looking company in the UK>

A pin is just a pin and would doubt if anyone would know any pin from any other pin. It's doubtful that Rolex makes pins or screws expect they are outsourced like the mainsprings they are made by a firm called Schwab-Feller AG.Plus all movement synthetic ruby bearings and cap jewel bearings,crystals,spring-bars,all screws movement and bracelet screws outsourced, and a firm called Aiguilles makes all the watch hands for all models.
