Rolex AD in Italy (pic)

Stopped by an AD in Treviso, Italy. Had quite a decent selection. As I've already bought two pieces this year, the wife vehemently denied the Sky Dweller. :-(

Anyway, here is a pic of their generous (by todays standards!) selection...

At least it's full, better than many recents.

Is that considered decent now? Not trying to be a dick, it’s just sad

I will be happy to see the YM2 and Skydweller in the flesh! I’ll be very tempted to get one of those too!

They have more watches in their window than most ADs have in their showcase nowadays

Do any of the smaller village ADs have anything worthwhile? I’ll be around NW Italy in a few weeks so wondering if it’s worth poking around or a complete waste of time.

I'd have gotten the Explorer on the right. Maybe SD, but still not sold on the TT

That caught my eye too. Very well priced time piece, however, I just couldn't justify it. Had I not have bought some earlier this year, I most certainly would have picked one up.

I'm surprised they had the YM since usually anything with a ceramic bezel flys

Lol.. what have we become...

Used to be a time when stores where happy to undress plastic mannequins and sell you the last size, maybe even give you a discount because it's the last one and has to go and was in the window for so long.

Now people already assume they will be declined a sale...
Not only do we have wads of cash to spend, make all the efforts, we are still begging and hoping to be able to buy.

Terrible... I understand why Rolex uses the crown. Customer is not king. Rolex is king.

In a small camp, but that SS YMII was an obsession for a while, then I tried it on with my small wrists....

Better than most window displays I've seen recently...

Based on the window displays I see in West LA, if I didn't know any better I would think Rolex is known for their diamond-garnished watches. Almost everything I see these days out in the window has either diamonds on the bezel or diamond hour markers.
