I have the LV and the GMTIIC and love them both but if push came to shove and I had to choose between the two the LV would be the keeper. Yes the GMT has the improved bracelet and clasp but the LV is just as comfortable on the wrist and I prefer it's less fussy look. Both a great watches so can't go wrong with either.

Tough!
I like the GMT IIc better, but I would keep LV! Sub is going to be updated, so it will add some value on (great watch, BTW) LV!

Tough call friend.....
personally I'd keep whichever gets the most wrist-time.

I'd keep the GMTIIC, and pick up the most-likely-soon-to-be-announced SS Sub Ceramic in 2011.

you should keep the one you like the most, cos what is the point in selling the one you like, to keep the one you would sell due to a perceived better resale value?

Sure the LV may be discontinued, but with the 1000's that are out there, and once you take into account the time value of money, the fact that is may be 'rare' wont be worth much anyways.
Keep the one you look at each morning and say 'damn thats good watch' Or think about it this way, if you woke up and found someone stole your LV but left the GMT, would you think relief or disaster? (of course it will be disaster in either case still but yuo know what i mean haha) |

That's a hard choice. Good news is that the GMT is basically a modified sub with an extra complication. LV=Simple, GMT=More distinguished.
I vote GMT. Speaking of which why is this not a poll thread...
