Rolex Submariner Book

I am looking to expand my mind about Rolex Submariners, and my goal will be to own a Submariner this year. I have seen different books and I would like some input form the TRF friends and family members.

I have some thoughts about what I want, however I really want a book that explains the movements, bands, cases, crystals, dials etc.

Thanks

Some books I have found but need imput:

Rolex Vintage Coll Book Submariner Daytona Milgauss

Rolex Submariner & Sea-Dweller Bible Book

Vintage Rolex Sports Models

JJ no hijacking!

+ 1 on Kyles recommendation. I splurged on that book. It is Huge! I mean HUGE. Will post measurements when I get home. Written in Italian and English. They cover all Subs, Dwellers, Dials, bracelets from the first Sub to last.

<EDIT>

The book is about 16" X 12"

Flip through some pages:
http://store.collezionareorologi.it/...chk=1&Itemid=2

I also have the Vintage sports models book. It is NOT very current. I would pass.

Any of the major book stores can order it for you if they don't have it.

I should have tried a local book store for a special order. No one seems to stock it... Supposedly it is a limited addition.

A UK Horological bookstore - Shenton Books was selling them:

http://www.shentonbooks.com/acatalog...stwatches.html

Or, you can get it at the publisher / authors site:

You can check out Stands, a preowned book store. I picked up numerous watch books for dirt cheap, and it's really cool. Sometimes they have vintage catalogues, and even vintage ads. Last time I went I picked up a vintage book that included all the famous watch brands, and a couple of Antiquorium books.

In all seriousness, it is a gorgeous and EXTREMELY complete book. It even comes with a soft-cover magazine with price estimates based on condition of the watch alongside a dial example. Great benchmarks for someone looking for a particular model.

Would still be leery of buying it at Flea Bay!!!

I have done a lot of buying and selling on Ebay it is a good place to find thing that are hard to locate and I am not talking about Rolex watches, stuff like that.
