Drove the 2018 & 2019, 911 today....wow!

Haven’t owned/driven a Porsche 911 since I had a 1987, 911 back when I was 22 years old (1991). WOW! Have come a loooong way. Loved it, and surprisingly I loved the white one most!
A few pics for the many Porsche fans/enthusiasts here on the forum....

They have come a long long way since then :)

Do it!

Weve been debating my next car and it keeps coming back to a 911. Partly because i need the tiny seats in the back.

I have to admit, I’m voting red right now.

Love the contrast and the wide butt.

I like the red also, the first 911 I had was red, but I was 22
Now @ 50yrs old....I’m thinking blue, black , white , silver , etc...Now if I were buying a Ferrari again today...yup, red!
I think the wheel combo setup on that particular white one , was what drew me in. I like the colored calipers on some, but only if they’re really worth looking at. The 911 calipers are big...but not necessarily THAT big that they need to be noticed.

Beautiful vehicle!!!!

blue or black w saddle interior

Red looks great but If they share a garage, you don’t want to box yourself out of the red Ferrari ?!

Ps. Most perfect designed anything ever. So darn refined and pure!

Awesome looking in any of those colors. It comes down to the wheels for me ... I’d go white.

I think I’m in love with the red one. What’s age got to go with it? I’m 65 and had a Torch Red Corvette up until last month. Like a yellow gold sub, that red makes a statement. It’s a head turner.

Anyway, good luck deciding.

I do, just not quickly accessible at the moment....sorry. They’re in a storage bin somewhere in the garage. It was a Carrera, guards red, black interior, with the factory whale tail.

Buying a 2017 Turbo S was the best car decision I have ever made. The new models are lookin good, but I’m not budging yet.

My first 911 was an '89 (very much like your '87) that I bought in '94. My second was a 2012 991.1 white Cab that I got as a leftover in 2013. There is absolutely no comparison -- 350 hp vs. maybe 215, handles way better and MUCH harder to get yourself in trouble. It's also about 50% wider, lol. And it's not even SG's 4S with the Car-dashian butt!

Mine next to my buddy's '68 soft Targa (the 6263 of 911s...) for further enabling:

I did....literally drove it 3 times! Put it away for a future gift
It was one of those cars that I thought about keeping but didn’t really fit in with what I like. When buying a vehicle (high end toy, not daily driver) I like something to be latest and greatest....or stellar vintage.

White with black works great on Porsche. Porsche is my favorite car maker. Sooner or later I will get another one.
