So, long story short, a fellow forum member, you know who you are, was kind enough to make a trip to his AD to pick this up for me as I have been unable to locate any in the states. An extremely kind gesture from a complete stranger. Not only did he make the trip, but the issue arrived perfectly packaged and damage free.
