When a beer is sold in a 32oz can, my expectations are low. However, this turned out to be relatively decent!

Cannot go wrong with OH. If your handle indicates the city of Austin, see if you can get some NEIPA from Spindletap in Houston- almost as good as the stuff from TH, Trillium and OH, IMHO.

This one is a gift for my girlfriend’s father, so still unopened!

It is considered to be one of the rarest and best beers in the world: a Belgian quadruple ale Westvleteren 12. Made and released in very limited quantities by Trappist monks in Vleteren, Belgium!

State Fossil of Nevada, at the historic Overland Hotel in Pioche. Ichthyosaurs, Greek for "fish lizard," were reptiles that had fish and dolphin-like characteristics and ruled the ancient seas at the same time the dinosaurs roamed on land. The fossil specimens found in central Nevada swam some 217 million years ago. They are among the largest ever unearthed, reaching 50 feet in length. Take some Ichthyosaur IPA with you when you visit the fossil display at the Berlin-Ichthyosaur State Park in central Nevada, both natural wonders.

Last fall New Belgium made Voodoo Ranger Atomic Pumpkin, with habanero and pumpkin. It was perfect for chilly nights, until I overindulged. I'm hoping I can enjoy it again this year and didn't ruin it for myself.

Any coffee or chocolate dark beer gets a thumbs up from me.

A couple days ago we visited Bombing Range Brewing, in Richland, Washington. I had the Belgian:

My wife had the Days Pay IPA:

Today, we went out for lunch and had a couple tasty brews. On the left is Elysian Dayglow IPA and the right is Fremont Sky Kraken Hazy IPA. Both very nice.
