Did I overpay?

Hello everyone I just got a frederique constant Chronograph rose gold plated with chocolate dial limited edition of 1888 it uses a valjoux 7750 I got it with papers and a sleeve from the same company for about 1200$. It's a used watch and I'd give it 7 out of 10 in condition.
Was this a good deal in your opinion or did I over pay ? And how much do you think it's worth
Thank you very much.

The healey line is their better one and to get a plated chrono for around $1k is a good deal if I ever saw one.

FC makes a decent watch.

A lot of FC watches can be had at steep discounts, check out Jomashop. that particular model had an MRP of $3300 give or take, usually available for around $2200. So you did pretty good.
The only important thing as you already own it; are you happy with the watch it and what you paid ?

Mon you always go down on this and I have to say, I agree with you (scary ).

If you have to ask, that means that you did not do your homework before buying. Otherwise you would know the answer.
Alternatively, if you have not done your homework, you would ask before buying.

That is really scary.

Hopefully it's only temporary!

To be honest I was offered the peace by a friend who paid full price for it, I didn't have the chance to research it but since it was a limited edition and i had a chronograph itch since I never owned one so I couldn't pass

I almost never ask myself if I spent too much.

The questions I always ask myself are, did I get my money's worth and am I happy with the product?
