Great shots. Keep 'em coming. I think my favorite is the Octa Lune. In platinum. Someday.

The more I wear this, the more I appreciate it. It's a stunning under the radar, beautiful watch. The tantalum case is quite special as well. All round awesome piece. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

One of the 2 short lists for a PC for me. Keep coming back to it just not sure how the numerals are applied. Printed or what?

AC?
Definitely the new Octa Divine in Pt is lovely. Yes, the numerals are printed at FPJ's own dial manufacture. |

Thx! The boutique sales person told me she didn't know too many people that could pull off the green. I also ordered the bright blue strap which is taking a while to arrive. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I would say the printed numerals are a design decision, certainly not a decision based on saving money! It keeps the dial sleek in my opinion. This is an excerpt from Kiran Shekar's "FP Journe: The First 30 Years". It gives us an idea about FPJ's general philosophy: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Well he did it differently with the new CS which I prefer and would think on a $78000 watch the PC would gave applied numerals but that's just me being OCD

Hi Karl. The other side of this coin is that no other manufacture makes its movements in 18ct gold, and with finishing second to none. Pretty exclusive as well, with only around 8-900 pieces per year.
If I were to ever buy a PC, it would be the FPJ. The PPs look either muddled or ugly in comparison, IMO. The watch I really want is the tourbillon, above. |

Sure. But when you go to that effort on the movement why not spend a bit more attention to numerals

But the beating heart of all watches is the movement, and for me, that trumps almost all other considerations. If printed numerals really are a deal-breaker for you, so be it. There's no shortage of alternatives. |
