It’s not.

It’s about a 3 minute walk to Montclair.

Congrats on the new house. That front porch does look awesome, they don’t make them like that anymore.

Seth - Just Awesome!
That style is very much like the home I was raised in. Veranda sublime.
Has such a friendly, inviting appeal.
Congratulations!

Congratulations Seth! I’m 5 years into my first home and been eyeing a move if I can find something we like. Maybe in the spring.

The dogs will certainly apppreciate having extra room to run

Congratulations to you and your family Seth.
I’m sure that when the renovation is completed it’ll be just the way you want it.

Congrats on the home Seth. We did something similar around this time last year. We rented out our condo and bought a home, as we “outgrew” it and desired more room.

That's a great looking home with a TON of potential. Great find and buy! And big congrats. Nothing like owning a home with space to grow.

Seth, Congrats on the new home. Love the front porch and those big wide steps. That's were I'd spend most summer nights. Nothing like a great set of steps.

You're making the right decision with respect to the French drain. We had one installed around the full perimeter of our home. Its much less expensive than a big dig outside to replace failed weeping tiles that will just fail again. And it works much better. Our basement used to leak every rain storm. Has been bone dry for 5 years now. If I can answer any questions on this process let me know. I can send you some pics to see how its done. After they do it you'll never have a problem again.
