Just bought this vintage Omega Chrono 320

Hi everyone. This is my first post in the omega section I believe but I have always enjoyed a few vintage omegas in my collection. Today I purchased something which in my opinion is one of the most beautiful vintage omega's I've ever seen. I'ts a 320 chrono movement in a 18k gold case with a perfect all original white dial. I think I overpaid a little bit but I just wanted it too bad to pass up. It won't be on my wrist for at least another week but here are the sellers pics:

Ah this is the one Kyle mentioned, it was discussed a couple of times elsewhere, in particular the dial, but I'm guessing he's mentioned that already

I love it!
It has perfect balance of design.
It doesn't get any better than that.
Enjoy.

Shame the dial has been refinished, and not terribly well. As in Rolex, with Omega the dial is much of the value.

Yeah, when I found out the dial was refinished I contacted the seller and told them not to ship. I'm getting the refund on Monday.

The safest place for your watch is on your wrist.

Good news and good move. I hesitated to say anything as I am not an Omega guru but it did seem to be a few degrees too fresh for the rest of the (pretty polished) watch. Great you got your money back - sometimes sellers who play fast and loose with descriptions can be a little sticky to deal with.

Great looking watch, really like the lugs and pushers but yeah the dial is most likely re-done. That watch must be from the 40's and from what I understand Omega's dials age quite fast.

Its 1958, and generally, they don't. It just happens this is a non-water resistant case and this particular watch has been to hell and back.

I actually own a good quality and all original example of the Cal 320 chronograph with a silver dial from the exact same year.

Its at the watchmaker in bits still but here's the dial (and this one most certainly is original):
