I see no shortage. I travel a lot in state and Asia for work, I find no trouble finding them in Rolex store. The fact I saw one in Las Vegas at forum shop. They are scattered around in major cities I believe.

The AD here in Princeton NJ told me back in the mid-summer when I passed on an LvC that it was "no big deal" and that when I had the funds ready later in the summer it would only be a matter of 2 to 4 weeks until a replenishment (and she winked and said closer to 2 weeks). Ultimately, I went with a trusted seller to avoid paying tax and for a one week turnaround time.
Similarly, when I was BLNR shopping back in the spring, an AD in Bridgewater NJ told me that she would have gladly discounted an LvC that had been sitting for literally months by up to 7% if I paid in cash and could also save on the tax if we shipped it to my mom out of state. TLDR, be patient, ask around with lots of ADs. The LvC is around. If it doesn't work out with an AD, a trusted seller will hook one up for you before Xmas. |

Have a look here at 9:12 and onwards - where he mention 5-digit Submariner and the LVc.

It took many years for the Kermit to increase on the secondary market. Who knows on the Hulk. |

Good question. I wonder if anyone could put in their thoughts and experience with this?

I wonder if Rolex would d/c the Hulk and reintroduce it in white gold, as with the Pepsi GMT?

IMHO, if they update the movement, we would see a modest price increase

My AD in UK has closed their list for green sub. I was quite shocked at the time but reading the comments here perhaps I have a clue why..
