Day Date Grail

My last Rolex will be yellow gold DD. I'm stuck between champagne and silver. Opinions are welcome.

My opinion is you should never utter the words "my last Rolex".

Tough choice. I am not sure, at first I kinda though the silver clashed with the YG, but the more I look at it the more I like it. The white with Romans looks awesome, but for me personal a DD needs diamonds in the dial and I dont think Rolex offers that, I could be wrong

I went back and forth on this dials for dd40 and I ended with champagne with Roman numerals. Love it.

Can't go wrong with either, but I like that silver. It really pops!

You can't go wrong with a DD. I would recommend the silver dial, contrasts nicely with the YG, and I think it's easier to read.

Silver would be my choice. Is it 36mm or 40mm? My favorite would be the 40mm with silver and applied Roman numerals.

Doesn't matter as long as you go with the Romans.

From pics, I thought silver...but I saw and got to try on a champagne a few weeks ago...I'd be hard pressed not to go with that one if given the chance.

I've owned the YG with champagne, silver, and white. The silver looks the best by far. Just my $.02.

Platy, black dial, smooth bezel, stix, presi bracelet

A little different but I'm really liking it!

If YG DD then its a Champagne dial for me...I prefer metal (gold) stick markers like DD 1803 no lumes but this is not available in current model. I am confused between Roman & Baguette dial both look good and with baguettes it looks clean and classy and the only question is whether the diamond markers will last long as roman numerals (metal)
